The threads are precisely cut and the dimpled head gives it an awesome look. The 7 16 adjusting bolt has a 9 16 hex head and the tip is machined down. The purpose of this is so when the tip of the bolt starts to wear or mushroom out it can easily be removed for maintenance. (jam nut not included)

Surviving a 8 month old heavy chewer

My dog is OK with it but doesn't like it as good as the whale indestructible toy I got her previously. She chews on it a little while and quits. She acts almost like it makes her nauseated. Idk though....
It gets very very sharp! Be careful grabbing it after they've chewed it.
